I am a retired police officer drawing my police pension.i divorced 5 years before retirement and my then wife got her share of my pension.
My question is if I re marry or under potential new rules enter into a civil partnership with a lady I have been in a relationship with for past seven years would she get a reduced pension from my pension pot in the event of my death.

Not clear from your question how your ex-wife 'got her share' of your pension. Earmarking? Splitting?
Probably best to contact the people running your scheme and get the answer in writing.0 -
I would say yes if your pension was split because what you have is the same pension rights as before but the amount is reduced by the split.
But as said above contact the scheme admin.0 -
Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0
