Hi, I went bankrupt in February this year.Type 0 with no interview required.
90 percent of my income is Disability PIP,ESA,Housing Benefit and Council Tax Relief. The other 10 percent is an Annuity from a Personal Pension(£158 per month).i was expecting this amount to be taken as an IPA,but have heard nothing yet. Do you think the OR is not going to ask for an IPA,or will they still ask for one 8 months into BR?.
Thanks for any replies.

As the majority of your income is from benefits I think an IPA would be unlikely.0
