Mary’s Medical Rescue is ready to tackle any medical emergency when she launches this October 2006. She is the newest addition to the WOW World range of toys produced by the award winning and British owned WOW toys.
Mary and her paramedic Nina, answer emergency calls every day, saving toys and getting them to hospital as quickly as possible.
Mary ensures that she gives Nina all the help she needs – Click open her side door and she reveals a fully equipped ambulance with working x-ray machine, a stretcher and wheelchair with express wheelchair release. The removable push-along stretcher is the perfect fit for injured patients and when Nina cleverly opens the back ramp with the push button, she automatically releases the wheelchair. A boy patient and his mother travel in the ambulance and complete this 6 piece set.
Mary’s Medical Rescue has been designed to provide activities that support and develop hand/eye co-ordination, action/reaction, social skills and imaginative role playing. She sports WOW’s signature combination of colour and chunky practicality and offers loads of play value. Features such as friction and wind-up motors, mechanical winches and magnetic couplings eliminate the need for batteries.
Mary’s Medical Rescue is suitable for children aged between 18 months and five years old and is tested to exceed current European safety regulations. She is extremely robust, durable, has no sharp edges and does not contain small parts, PVC or toxic paint.
With a recommended retail price of £27.99 she can be found in all good independent toy retailers.
