bank accounts and DRO

Does a DRO affect bank accounts as with a BR?

i.e. they get frozen/closed by the OR?

my wife had a DRO and hasn't had hers closed yet. It's been a month and a half so far...

I banked with Santander and also had an account with Nationwide (it was easier if I needed to attend a branch). I only put some payments through the Nationwide and had no debt with them. I did have an overdraft with Santander, and that was listed in my DRO. It took a while, but that account was closed (I had already stopped using it months before my DRO), and the Nationwide was fine. It didn't shut even temporarily.
