Can i freeze?

I have just started a free cookery course at my kids school is really good all free and i get to take home what i cook.

Todays is sausage and bacon casserole and toffee apples ( very yummy)

Question

Can i freeze the sausage casserole? it is call cooked except for the french bread with cheese on top i was meant to cook for another 20 mins in the oven to melt the cheese, i as had to work lunch i gave to my friend to bring home so i did not cook the last 20 mins. so can i freeze it like this to eat next week?

    Well done on doing the course :beer: You can freeze the casserole. When you want to eat it, make sure it's fully defrosted (I'd put it into the fridge for 24 hours) then make sure it's piping hot before you serve (I put the point of a knife right into the centre. Remove after about 30 secs, and place carefully onto your lower lip. If it's hot, the casserole will be done.)

    Its a healthy eating course they are offering free. ( not sure about eh toffee apples though lol) its all about cooking meals from scratch thought it would be perfect as it fits in perfectly with what i have been trying to learn on MSE too.
