    It's not an excessive amount of time, it's the amount of time that your contract of employment says that you agreed to in return for being paid. It seems to me that you have far too much time on your hands if you can write such a long and rather pointless post in the middle of the working day.

    Seems you have a lot of time on your hands too to be browsing on MSE during the working day
