Hi, i am hoping someone can help, we have been swinging between BR and DR for my husband while we have been waiting for my husband to be moved from nightshift to days which will reduce his income by approx £50 per week, however this now looks unlikely to happen before christmas and we would like to get it sorted but hes now had a unexpected payrise which is about £32 per week.
now i've adjusted the figures on the application and at the bottom it reads
your income £2041.91
total income £2657.68
outgoings £2495.16
following the approval of your application the OR will consider whether or not you should be asked to make a contribution to your bankruptcy estate from future income from the information you have entered it is not currently expected that you be asked to make such payment.
A final desicion will be made following appropriate scrutiny of your income and expenditure and the above is indicative only, such contributions could be sought if your financial situation changes prior to bankruptcy
can any one shed a light on why that would be if there is £162 household surplus?
is it because the outgoings are considerably higher than his income?
Thanks In Advance
Jo
