CTW prize not being delivered

On Jun 27th I got a message from Radio Aire saying I'd won Game of Thrones Season 1 - 7 on BluRay. Hurrah!

4th October - no prize. 6 unanswered e.mails. Booo.

Anyway else having problems with CTW prizes?

Thanks for your reply - I have been using questions@winsomething.co.uk about every three weeks or so, to no avail.

I hate having to chase up prizes, for some reason it makes me feel guilty, no idea why though....

I'll try a FB message in a couple of weeks if I hear nothing else.

I won something in 2017 that took me about 6 months to get. I was not going to give up and kept on at them, eventually sending emails saying stuff like "do you have a complaints policy? If so, please send me a copy", without even mentioning the prize I was emailing about.
