Hey guys & gals...

Hoping for some help... Why are there so few Help To Buy Lenders for Mortgages?
Does anyone know if Halifax are among them, their site seems to suggest they are, but I didn't notice them on my FAs list...

Just concerned going forward about a potential lack of healthy competition when comparing deals down the line...

    Perhaps your FA has identified that Halifax are not a suitable option for you, hence they are not 'listed'.

    Most of the major lenders do Help to Buy Mortgages, Halifax included.
