The percentage remains the same, regardless of the number of incomes.

So tomorrow is completion day. Today has been really stressful, all of our furniture is packed up in a couple of vans and sitting on the driveway. Just a bit of cleaning to do in the morning and then I suppose, sit and wait for the phone call. Our mortgage funds were in the solicitors account this morning but we are third in the chain so maybe after lunch when we can move on.
It was scary seeing the large number owing on our mortgage this morning even scarier was that we had the money for 3 hours and there was already £8 interest. It gave me even more incentive to get rid of it sooner.
Going to get into bed now and I’m sure I’ll sleep tonight. It’s been such a long day.Make £10 a day in May- £90/£1500
