Are you going to contact Step Change or go it alone?
I'm gonna ring Step Change today and see if they think it's better to go with them or go it alone, although probably will go with Step Change for the 1 monthly repayment

Yeah it was for the car, I'm also going to be ringing them today to find out how much I still owe as it's worth around 13k at the moment, have just put that call off for a bit as I owe them for this month still.

Just occurred to me. What caused you to get in so much debt? Not that you need to tell me/us - but you will need to address the cause as well as the debt. Have you told anyone about this? Make sure you get support and help where you can.

I was just stupid and way overestimated how quickly I could pay these off, I did think my bank would have given me a loan to clear them, then allow me to repay the bank at lower rates making it easier/faster to repay, but they wont. Yeah I have, they're very supportive just unable to help in a financial way, which I understand and would feel guilty anyway.
