We are due to complete on Friday, our buyer paid their deposit yesterday, and we where told we would exchange for our new house and our buyer would exchange for ours yesterday or today.
We both chased our solicitors today and mine said the buyers has confirmed they are now ready to exchange as we are. Our solicitor has now said once the funds are ready from our lender, the exchange will be done.
I could be wrong it just feels we are getting told different things, after something is first said?
