Actually it was a small firm. We researched reviews online and also had two separate friends who had used them with great success. I guess we were just unlucky and got the three people in the firm who could not key data accurately. Ah well, lesson learned.

Excellent advice:beer: You clear headed sorts have made me look at it for what it is - just one of those things that happens. Just booked a break in the Lake District and if I could I would send you all a post card....Do people still do that????
