Indeed but how many ex-office workers do you know who work in a warehouse job doing heavy lifting?

Yes, simple! NOT.
I didn't literally mean only heavy lifting, but hard work, either fast paced assembly or some support roles in a production factory, maybe sorting in a warehouse etc... (I wasn't fully serious with this however, hence the ellipsis)0
