PEA PCN - should I pay or bin

I received a parking charge notice from Parking Enforcement agency for parking in a disabled bay without displaying a blue badge, which I do own but forgot to display.
I have read that unless the PCN is from a traffic wardens Or police that I should just bin it. I'm worried that I will be black listed & I'm unsure what to do. Any help is appreciated

You should follow the NI-specific advice in the Newbies Sticky in the Parking Tickets Subform TBH. It will also inform you properly about the whole private parking scam.
However, PEA do claim to have a number of public (ie legit) contracts, so it might be worth double checking that this isn't one of them. The signs at the site should tell you - in that case an appeal would be in order and the Pepipoo forum would be the best place to seek help with it.0
