Advice please- Remortgage
Hi all,
Im new to the form and would appreciate any advice from members. I own a commercial property which I bought two years ago. I’m looking to remortgage the property to raise some funds. Currently with RBS, don’t mind switching to a different bank. Is it better to go through the brokers or just approach the banks directly? Also read articles about second charge mortgages etc which way is it best to raise low interest finance please
