Don't know what to do.

Hi, Not been here before but I wanted some advice.
Myself and my husband got into a lot of debt when he was a student. For nearly two years we have had a joint IVA paying £550 pcm. We have managed to keep up to date with this but we have recently moved (because my parents were selling their house) which has meant that I had to leave my job.
My husband is working and I am waiting for my CRB check to clear before I start work. (this has so far taken 10 weeks)
This month and next month we won't be able to pay the IVA. I know there is a clause in my IVA that says if you miss two payments then you will go bancrupt. I don't know whether this would be better all round.
Please give me your advice. I am feeling utterly ashamed of the situation I have got into. Many thanks.

Who is your IVA with.. call them immediately to at least let then know whats going on... some will let you take a payment holiday and add the missed ones on to the end of your iva.... just call them!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
