Two-weekly. When will I get paid for new job#

Hi,

I've started a new job at ASDA. I did training last week and my first shift yesterday.
I'm going to be paid two-weekly.
Could anyone tell me if my first pay will be this friday or next friday going off that?
Anyone else who gets paid two-weekly? How long did it take to get paid?
I'm struggling to find a payroll/HR or anything so I was wondering if someone could please give me an idea.
It's very important as I don't have much money left at all.

It'll almost certainly be the same Friday you colleagues get paid, so best to ask them.

    It's not that simple.

Can you not just ask your manager?
  • Have they changed pay recently? Used to be four weekly when I worked there.

If you don’t know, best person to ask is the administration assistant in the main general office.

Plan/budget for not getting anything for the next 3 weeks, so anything you get earlier is a nice bonus!
