Loan Cancellation - Urgent
Options
Need some advice...Is there a legal minimum time to cancel a loan?
I had work carried out by a company who are now getting dodgy over voucher incentives and I have signed up for a loan as of 30 Oct through the company, the small print on the loan agreement says 5 days but would I be right in saying that I have 14 days??
Yikes!

I can't find a link but you may have 14 days. Where did you sign the paperwork. If you signed on their premises you do not have any cancellation rights.
edit: looks like 7 days if not signed on their premises http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/index/life/debt/credit.htm#Regulatedcreditagreements0 -
