Competition Prizes received damaged

Has anyone else been disappointed when you receive your prize and it is damaged ,I did and got on to the people who ran the comp and sent them photos of the condition it was received in ,now they are replacing it.I'm sure there are a lot of people out there who have also been disappointed so always complain..:T

I did, my prize arrived broken and I emailed 3 times and never even got a response!

In the terms and conditions it often says that damage through postage is not their responsibility so you are lucky!

I did ring the competition people and mailed the people who supplied the prize

I recently received a parcel which clearly stated 1 of 2 but had a new sticker over it saying 1 of 1. It clearly didn't have the full prize in it so I photographed the packaging and emailed the prize giver who apologized and sent the remainder of the prize to me and I received it the next day.
