Kenwood KMix mixer help please

Hi,

Having problems adjusting the whisk and K beater for my new KMix mixer (glass bowl).

I can see how how to do it but even at the highest point, the beater is still hitting the side of the bowl.

Any ideas please?

Sorry, can't help. I seem to recall that my K Chef titanium came with a spanner thing and instructions how to adjust the whisk etc. Try googling it or look on main Kenwood site. Good luck.

Thanks for your reply. I have the spanner and have followed the instructions, but even at the highest setting, the beater and whisk are still hitting the side of the glass bowl.

Oh dear I guess it is an e-mail to Kenwood next, unless you are on F*cebook and they have a group there, maybe someone has come across this.
