As you probably know now after all my questions OH is going B/C , i have just realised i have a currently unused Abbey Business account in my name not used for over a year now but with OH as an additional user holding an Electron Visa card from the account(can only draw money/pay money in on my behalf that is in the account i think),
1. Do i declare this on the court forms as he isn't the main account holder?
2. Will the account be frozen?
3. Would it be best to close it (would like to hold onto it - who knows i may start up my own Biz again soon), should i just get OH taken off or could i leave him on?
