You and a companion will not only have free run of the estate, but you'll also be able to plant your own cocoa tree and even harvest a few pods if you feel up to it...!

Terms & Conditions

• This competition will be promoted by Hotel Chocolat Ltd referred to in these conditions as “The Promoter”.
• The Promoter’s decision or the decision of any person nominated by the Promoter is final.
• All valid entrants’ details will be entered into a draw. One winner only will be selected at random from all of the entries. There will be no other winners of the prize draw, save for the actual winner themselves or a reserve winner in the event that the first selected winner does not claim the prize.
• All entries for the competition must be received by midnight on 31st December 2007. All entries must be in the form set out on the website and must contain the information required by the entry form. The winner shall be announced on the website on or before 31st January 2008. The winner shall be given 30 days (once notified) to claim their prize after which the prize shall be offered to the reserve winner.
• No purchase is necessary.
• Only one entry per person may be made.
• Entrants must be at least 18 years old.
• Entries will only be accepted from UK residents.
• The prize will be a week's holiday to the West Indian island of St Lucia for the Winner and a companion. The holiday must be taken at a mutually convenient time for the Promoter and the winner between May and October of 2008 and it is accepted by all entrants that adverse weather conditions may affect the timing and lead to the possible cancellation and rearrangement of the holiday. No cash alternative is available. The prize shall be non- transferable and indivisible. No warranties are given regarding the holiday or any substituted prize.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with alternatives of the same value.
• Winners agree to their identity being publicized on www.hotelchocolat.co.uk and give all necessary consents for their personal data to be used by the Promoter pursuant to the Data Protection Act 1998.
• Any intellectual property rights in every entry by each entrant is assigned to the Promoter and every entrant waives their author’s moral rights.
• The Promoter shall not have any responsibility or liability for ineligible entries or entries made with fraudulent intent and the Promoter shall further have no liability for delayed, corrupted or lost entries. Generally, the Promoter excludes all liability, so far as is permitted by law, which may arise directly or indirectly in connection with this competition.
• This competition is not open to the Promoter’s employees, their families, any partner running this promotion or affiliated companies, their employees or their families.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage or to change the prize for one of similar value should it be reasonably necessary.
