We have exchanged contract and completion is expected to be 20/11.
I have had an email from the mortgage company to confirm the funds will be available from 19/11.
My question is, the mortgage offer states we must pay a loan off (I've not done it yet but it will be done this month ) , have buildings insurance ( done) , and I must have sold my current property( waiting for a completion date). I didn't need the sale for my purchase as had funds available.
Where do I send evidence of the above actions to? Will the solicitor request these or will the mortgage company request them? Will I send off evidence?
