Shouldn't effect any ongoing entitlement.
The issues that normally come up are having somewhere safe for it to be paid to, and what the status of any overpayments may be. But that's not what you're asking I assume?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thanks Fermi,
I did go on to their website and couldn't see anything, but yes it did highlight to me, that how it was to be paid might be an issue. Hopefully i will be able to get an account up and running before the next paymnet is due.
Thanks for your help0 -
Hi Mismanagement
If you can't get an account open in time they will send you a giro cashable at the Post Office, this is what i have done, they pay 2weekly by the look of it. I managed to get my new bank account number and sortcode over the phone today so have asked for next payment to go in there.
Do make sure that you stop it going into your old account especially if its joint or overdrawn, i just called CHB and Tax Credits . Don't leave it until the last minute like i did - what a panic:eek:
