Misleading 'Deals'

I have noticed on a couple of occasions misleading 'Deals'. Not sure if anyone else has previously noticed these (I searched the forum but didn't find anything) but I just wanted to make people aware.
One example is on the PizzaHut Delivery website. There is an option to turn on a 'Dealbot' which claims to automatically find the best deal for you when you add items to the basket. Yet the last few times I have ordered it has not found the cheapest deal, in fact it was almost 10 pounds more expensive than when I add a different deal myself from their Deals page for the same basket.
Also, I am a frequent user of cashback sites such as Quidco and Topcashback. Often you can get some nice amounts of cashback which reduces the overall cost of ordering directly from the store, but I have noticed on several stores now (can't remember which ones now) where going directly to the store page (not via cashback site) the price of the item is significantly cheaper than going through the cashback site (even when cashback is taken into account). People who do all their shopping through cashback sites would never notice this.

This should be on the “Praise, Vents & Warnings” board as there’s not actually a consumer rights question in there.0

PM a board guide to get it moved. Try the ASA if you are unhappy at the advertising.0
