P45?

Can someone advise..
I left employer number 1, I started a new job with employer number 2, this was 2 weeks ago now.
I could not get my P45 from employer 1 to give to employer 2 until payday which is the end of this month (28th).
I will be leaving employer 2 job tomorrow after 2 weeks there and moving onto another job, employer 3, I will receive my last payslip and P45 from employer 1 within the next few days, so do I pass it on to employer number 2 (who I leave tomorrow) or just pass it straight to job number 3?
Thanks

If employer 2 will use the information on the P45 when they calculate your next (final?) pay then that should be fine to pass it onto them.
But if there is a chance they won't use it then I think you would be best not giving it to anyone but ask employer 3 for a "new starter" form which is an alternative to handing them a P45.
Giving employer 3 the P45 from either employer 1 or 2 when it doesn't include full details from both jobs (1 and 2) will likely mean you will end up owing HMRC tax.0 -
Thanks, I'll print off the new starter form from the HMRC website and give it to employer number 30
