I'm wondering if nothing has happened to these accounts as it is tied up with a business failure. It might be worth contacting the business debtline to see if they can help.

The same woman who is acting as the liquidator for the business (went under in March) insolvency is also our trustee for our personal bankruptcies, we found out this week.
Don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing, to be honest.
In theory, the business was a separate entity (ltd company).0 -
Your trustee is the person you need to speak to, ask if your S.O.A has been approved.
I had a face to face interview with an examiner and was told at that time my S.O.A was approved.
Yours may take a little more time due to the business.0
