Nationwide Mortgage in principle and credit score!

Hello all, had a mortgage in principle from nationwide. They have done a ‘hard’ search on my file and it’s gone down by 50 points! They have also had all info and bank statements wage slips etc etc. But now my score is ‘poor’ when it was on the verge of ‘good’ at the top of ‘fair’.. They have approved it in principle. Just wondering if anyone knows if they will do another hard search for the actual mortgage or just go from the first one? I have noticed when Halifax were looking at lending us money they only did a ‘soft’ search. As in loan to value we are putting a large amount down. So only need 73% of value.
Just wondering if I need to be worried or it’s a pretty much done deal.
They are valuing house tomorrow. And approved in principle yesterday. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Ignore the Credit Reference Agency score, your lender does not see this nor care.

Also the hard search they used was labelled ‘opt in’

Particularly about a credit reference agency 'score' that is merely a marketing exercise.
