Another Federal Reserve rate rise?

Markets have pretty much factored in another 25 basis points rate rise tomorrow (to a range between 2% and 2.25%), which would be the eighth rate increase since the Fed started it's post-crisis cycle in December 2015. If they do, it'll be the highest level since April 2008.
