Hello one and all,
What a fantastically useful forum, mainly because the information and the advice given has helped eased my fears about being in debt.
A few questions, if I may:
I have been paying a couple of DCAs for sometime now. I do not know if I have acknowledged the debt with them. Should I request a copy of the CCA from each DCA? In the letter should I include the sentence 'I do not acknowledge any debt to your company'?
I have three CCs, a loan and an OD that have not yet been passed to a DCA. For each, should I request a copy of the CCA? In the letter should I include the sentence 'I do not acknowledge any debt to your company'?
