Hi,.
I will be applying for remortgage in a months time. Wondering if Skipton asked to see bank statements?
And what other documents do they normally require?
Thanks

Do You need to visit the branch ?
Can you switch to a new deal online ?
Check out the Skipton website and check if they offer new deals for existing customers.
If your not borrowing any more money or changing the term you should be able to do this online in a few minutes
The website also gives you a list of paperwork you need to bring to the meeting !0 -
If you are already with skipton then you can change online I believe.
If you are moving to them as a new customer then most lenders will want 3 months bank statements, 3 months payslips and ID.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
