I think so. I've just had an offer accepted on a 1 bed for £45k below what it was originally on at in Herts. I think the seller was probably a bit delusional about what she could realistically get for it at first but I think I've done ok. With so many landlords selling it seems like the time to buy.

FWIW my landlord's a decent chap and I get on with him, but he's a practicing muslim so I'm not sure he'd have a drink with me :beer:
