Hello,
An EU citizen resides in the UK for the last 5 years.
Can you tell me please what he can get in terms of proving his right to reside in the UK, eg UK resident card, UK passport, anything else?
Also, what proofs are needed and how to apply?
Thanks!

I would suggest that any EU27 citizens who want the current state of play (becausebnothing is settled, these are all proposals) should look at The 3 Million website, by EU27 citizens for EU27 citizens.
https://www.the3million.org.uk/
Also, some EU member states' embassies/consulates are really on the ball with briefings, talks and updated info on websites.
Many community groups/churches from EU27 countries in UK have arranged talks by immigration lawyers. You can start by Googling the name of your country and nearest British town and see what comes up, in English and your language. There are lots of communities eg Greeks and Italians in Brighton, Poles in Ealing, Spanish in Portsmouth and Portuguese in Crawley, to name but a few.
Hope That Helps !
