  • Just a update

After i have submitted my defense i received a letter from court stating that they have sent a copy of my defense to the claimant which will possible try to contact me to settle out of court.
I did received a letter from the claimant with a apology for the errors that has been made and that they putting it on hold and wait for instructions from their client. Also the court wrote that they need to let the court know with in 28 days what the claimant wants to to otherwise the claim will be stayed and they have to apply to court for the stay to be removed.

    will update soon.
