If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

A single online entry costs £2.00 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

Jockey Club Membership
This element of the prize consists of two single customer annual Jockey Club memberships for the winner to one of the following UK racecourses owned by the Jockey Club: Carlisle; Cheltenham; Epsom Downs; Exeter; Haydock Park; Huntingdon; Kempton Park; Market Rasen; Newmarket (Rowley Mile and July Course); Sandown Park; Warwick; or Wincanton.

Indicative annual membership periods will be as follows:

for jump racecourses: September/October 2019 - April/May 2020, including Cheltenham, Exeter, Huntingdon, Warwick and Wincanton
for flat racecourses (except Market Rasen): April 2019 - October 2019, including Epsom Downs and Newmarket (Rowley Mile and July Course)
for dual jump and flatracecourses; either: (i) a season from April/May 2019 to September/October 2019, followed by a season from September/October/November 2019 to April/May 2020; or (ii) January 2020 to December 2020, including; Carlisle, Haydock Park, Kempton Park and Sandown Park
for Market Rasen racecourse: January 2020 to December 2020.

The exact annual membership period(s), benefits and fixtures will depend on the selected racecourse (or racecourses, if different racecourses are selected in respect of each membership). In the event that the selected racecourse operates a flat season or a jump season only (but not both), the membership will cover that season only. In the event that the selected racecourse operates both a jump season and a flat season, the membership will cover both seasons. The winner may either take out both memberships in his/her own name or, alternatively, one membership in his/her own name and the other in that of another individual.

All racecourse memberships include the following benefits:

· admission to all race days (including festivals where applicable).
· admission to reciprocal race fixtures at other racecourses.
· member's car park label.
· exclusive membership offers, deals and discounts.

Cheltenham Tickets
This element of the prize consists of two Cheltenham Gold Cup Day Hospitality tickets, including ‘The Horse & Groom’ package, which comprises:

· club admission;
· car parking;
· a racecard;
· TV racing coverage;
· betting service;
· coffee and breakfast bites on arrival;
· a 3 course à la carte pub lunch;
· a best of British savoury afternoon tea;
· complimentary bar including house wines, spirits, beers and soft drinks (excluding champagne).
