I received a WEM last week to say I had won a second prize courtside kit in the weekly Del Monte competition. However the prize has turned up and its the third prize junior racket and balls.
I dont want to seem ungrateful but they haven't sent me the prize I won so shall I contact them to tell them? Or be happy with my win?

Well done on your win :T:T, but which prize do you want?
If you prefer to have the second place prize and that is what they said you had won then there can be no harm in contacting them. Be polite and express your disappointment at not getting what they had said. The worst they can do is offer some feeble excuse for getting it wrong when they first contacted you.
