2nd charge mortgage& title restriction

Hi,
Hello,
We are applying for a second charge mortgage and they have asked me to remove the restriction on the register title.
The restriction says:
No disposition of the registered estate bu the proprietor of the registered estate is to be registered without a certificate signed by a conveyancer that the conveyancer is satisfied that the person who executed the document submitted for registration as disponor is the same person as the proprietor.
I am told this is a fraud prevention by land registey as i didnt know this was on there since we remortgaged in 2017.
Why are they asking for this to be removed? I am abot concerned but dont actually understand!
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

i would imagine there are probably two options:
1. that you remove the restriction from the title deeds
2. A conveyancer witnesses you sign the mortgage deed for the 2nd charge and confirms that you are the same person as the person who owns the property.
i would imagine the 2nd route would be tricky if you aren't located near to the solicitor / conveyancer you used for the purchase? as i can't imagine a different solicitor confirming you're definitely the same person?
it's probably worth asking if that's an option though!
good luck x0
