Fix my cooker?

I've got a 3 year old cooker that needs a kick most times to get the fan to work. Hubby's had the back off and cleaned it, can't see anything obviously wrong. I don't want to waste money on a new cooker, especially after only 3 years. Has anyone else had this trouble with their fan oven? How did you fix it? TIA
