Are tax credits (working and/or child) considered income for the purposes of a personal loan application?
Apologies if this has been answered before. I have done a search and checked the sticky but can't seem to find anything relevant.
If there is a relevant thread please post the link for me!
Thanks.

Thanks for replying.
That was my first thought as well. But it seems that they are often accepted on mortgage applications
See here:

So I was a bit confused!0 -
it would depend on the lender, in my experience
some will ask for all "other" income, including all benefits, some list specific benefits that can be included only
give whoever you are trying to make application with a call to see what they say, and then include/exclude as needed0
