Hi all
Plan on buying a house in November after many years of renting.
Question is, before I started renting I owned a house and sold it with no onward chain for a quick sale to move areas.
I see myself as a first time buyer, but am I ? Will I cop for stamp duty ?
It's been 12 years since I sold my house.
