C v viewed by potential employers sites?

Are there any job sites where you can upload your cv for potential new employers to look at your cv and contact you, rather than you sending them out to all potential jobs?
Things will get better day by day.

  • That's what all the job sites do, such as Indeed, for example.
  • You will still need to make the effort and apply, you can just sit and wait for interview requests to roll in.

As previously said they all have the option, but rely on your cv having the right keywords they are looking for and the ability to see that you can do the role from your cv.
You can also sign up to email alerts where jobs are sent to you matching your requirements, but the best bet is to apply for positions as you will be able to sell yourself in a better way.

If you upload your CV it will only be 'generic'.

I would have thought your CV gets tweaked for ever job advert to match the code wording in their adverts etc. If you just left it generic it wouldn't work.

    Dont necessarily agree with this.
I have never tweaked my C.V and i have had 30 interviews and been offered 30 jobs.

But maybe as a project manager i dont need to tweak it since i manage projects and projects follow a similar path
