Hi all.
My valuations taking places today wth nationwide as a FTB, just wondering when the valuation takes place do they value the full cost of the house or just the amount you requested on the mortgage like the LTV amount. Sorry it this is a stupid question.....

They value the house and tell you whether it is worth the amount you are offering or it's worth less.0
