Pregnancy and mortgage

We've just found out I'm 6 weeks pregnant today.
At the weekend we reserved a new build plot after the go ahead from our mortgage advisor. The mortgage they gave us in principal is obviously for just the 2 of us (no dependants) as we had no idea at the time. We have another appointment with the advisor next week.
The new build is worth 247,000.
The house will be ready around June/July 2019. According to due date calculator baby will be due May 2019.
I plan to go back to work full time, as does partner. So our income shouldnt change much. We had planned on selling our current place, moving back home and saving. If we do this we will have at least 15,000 in savings which should get us through my maternity leave.
How will this affect our mortgage?
Do we still have a chance of getting this house? Or will we have to lose our deposit and start fresh on an older house?

You will need a lender with a flexible approach to maternity leave and income on return. You'll also need to take future childcare costs into consideration as an outgoing in mortgage affordability.
Report to broker ASAP as this is a major reason for choosing some lenders over others.I am a mortgage broker. TSB accepted my wife's full salary while she was on maternity leave, and there must be others out there who will too.0
