How will HS1. HS2 and in the future hyperloop how will these affect properties prices in the north? Will they become stupidly expensive like London and the South East?

Hyperloop won't happen, it's a ludicrous and implausible system

HS2 wise, I guess places near the route might become more in demand if people can get out of London and get more for their money but can't see it becoming London mk 2

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

HS1 one probably won't have a big effect, given it goes from London to France and has been operating for fifteen years.

It will be interesting to see how later developments, such as Crossrail 2 will impact the market
