Nationwide application- no proofs requested

Hi all

We submitted our application with nationwide on Monday through the broker and even though we gave them all to the broker he advised us that nationwide had asked for no proofs such as payslips. We have our valuation booked in for next week.

Is no proofs a good or bad sign??

Thanks in advance

    Hi,

I applied on the 3rd September, my valuation was the 8th and we got the offer on sunday 9th, (Well a text to say we had an offer). When i spoke to my broker on the 10th she said they verfified my wage etc online... So by the sounds of it they didn't see any of our documents.

    Hope this helps
