    Hi,

Legal beagles is the place to post for all things of a legal nature.

For a set aside to be successful, you need to have a defense with a reasonable chance of success for it to be approved.

As i said, best to ask on legal beagles.

I may be able to help :)

I saw your first post before you edited it.

If you’ve got a CCJ (Default Judgment?) can you say why that happened.

Was the claim served on an address where you weren’t living at the time because CPR 13.2 means the Judgment must be set aside by the court (it’s mandatory not discretionary) regardless of whether or not you had/have a reasonable chance of defending the claim.

Who is/was the Claimant and who are their solicitors?

    Di
