    No one should be advised to take risks with their main residence / home.

    Financial risks are worth taking on money you can afford to play with.

    EAs are saying this because market is stangant and without transactons they would starve. :D

    Hence advising people to sell so that they can eat. :rotfl:

  • I suppose the theory is if immigration reduces post-Brexit, demand will drop and so will house prices. Quite a few ifs and buts there.

    It's states you'd need a 7% fall to break even, that's pretty unlikely I think and I certainly wouldn't risk it.
