Mortgage offer???

I don’t know whether I’m just being a bit dumb lol.....
Me and my OH are in the process of buying a house together! He’s remortgaging his property and will in time rent that out and at the same time we’re buying a house together! We received an email from the financial advisor yesterday late on in the day stating that ‘the mortgage offer is now ready to offer’
I don’t know how to take this..does this mean the offer is there for us or everything is ready to go for the offer??
I’ll be speaking to the FA tomorrow at some point but can’t help my mind working over time and worrying

It means they have checked everything at the Lender, have no issues, and now simply need to go through the process of getting the offer produced.I am a Mortgage Broker

We had our mortgage offer through on Friday woohoo!!!! I’m so happy I could burst! The mortgage broker states that he’s going to check over the offer over the next few days just to make sure everything’s ok!
Searches are still being done but I’m hoping we’ll at least have a completion date soon fingers crossed!0 -
