Hi everyone , please help
Mam and Dad divorced 2001 !
Long story short
My dad sold his house for £75,500..
my Mam has had a since the divorce court order so she gets money when house sells...
she also got 10k divorce settlement
Mam presented solicitors this court order which she said thinks she’s entitled to £8k AND / OR 2% of each year ? ... I don’t know of what years she means .. while she lived there or years of divorced ?:mad:
My dad died during selling his house ...., so would this court order be void now ?
Dads will states house goes to me and two sisters
